Ingredients

2 cups warm water

2 pkgs active dry yeast

2Tbs sugar

1Tbs salt

1/4 cup oil

6 cups flour

3 1/4 cups grated cheddar cheese

Preparation

Disslove yeast in water; add sugar, salt, oil, and 1/2 the flour, Mix.Add remaining flour, Knead into a soft dough - about 5 minutes. Divide dough into 2 loaves, knead 11/2 cups of cheese into each loaf. Shape into round loaves. flatten slightly. Bake on teflon baking sheet or in individual loaf pans. Bake at 375 for 30 - 35 minutes
