Ingredients
2 cups warm water
2 packs active dry yeast
2 tablsp sugar
1 tablsp salt
1/4 cup safflower oil
6 cups flour
3 1/4 cups low fat cheddar cheese
Preparation
Dissolve yeast in water add sugar salt and 1/2 of flour mix Add remaining flour Knead into a ssoft dough about 5 mins Divide dough into 2 loaves knead. Mix in 1 1/2 cups of the cheese into each loaf Shape into round loaves and flatted slightly Bake on teflon pan or in individual loaf pans @ 375 for 30-35 mins Makes 2 loaves
