(7 or 8-inch) whole wheat or flour tortillas

tablespoons purchased sandwich spread

(1-oz.) slices hot pepper Monterey Jack cheese

(1-oz.) slices Cheddar cheese

small cucumber, very thinly sliced

1

small red or green bell pepper, seeded, very thinly sliced

1/2

cup alfalfa sprouts

Preparation

Spread each tortilla with 1 1/2 teaspoons of the sandwich spread to within 1 inch of edges.

Top with cheeses, cucumber, bell pepper and alfalfa sprouts. Roll up each tortilla. Wrap in plastic wrap.
