Ingredients
2 packages cream cheese, cubed
1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
2 cans rotel, drained
1/2 onion, chopped
1/4 c. jalapeno, chopped
1/4 c. jalapeno juice
1/2 box frozen chopped spinach
4 cubes chicken bouillon
1/4 large box velveeta, cubed
1/2 c. milk (optional, depends on cconsistency)
Preparation
Put all ingredients in a large sauce pan and melt on medium/low heat stirring frequently. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
