Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1/2 cup black cherry preserves

1 tsp allspice

Preparation

In a non-stick skillet, brown chicken on both sides. In a separate small saucepan, combine cherry preserves and allspice. Heat through but do not boil.

When chicken is cooked through and browned on both sides transfer to a plate and top with cherry mixture.
