Ingredients
1 can eagle brand condensed milk
1 pkg of toffee bits
1 tub of french vanilla icing
1 box ritz crackers
Preparation
Crush the crackers into bread crumb consistency. Then mix in condensed milk and all but 2 tablespoons of toffee bits. Pat down in a 9x9 pan and bake 400 for 10 minutes.
Completely cool. Ice and sprinkle left over toffee bits on top.
