Ingredients

1 pkg. spaghetti pasta

8 oz. cheddar cheese (cut in small cubes)

half yellow onion, crushed (medium)

1/2 cup salted butter

8 oz. tomato sauce

sea salt and canola oil (for cooking pasta)*

Preparation

Cook pasta as usual. Meanwhile, in a skillet, melt butter. Once melted, add the crushed onion and cook it for about 3 minutes at medium heat (it smells awesome!). Then add the sauce and the cheese cubes. Mix it until all the cheese melts. Now, add your spaghettis and mix it with your cheese sauce and…enjoy!
