cups Annie’s™ organic Cheddar Bunnies™ crackers, coarsely crushed

package (14 oz) chicken tenders (not breaded)

teaspoon salt

tablespoons butter, melted

Honey mustard, if desired

Preparation

Heat oven to 425°F. Spray 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray.

In shallow dish or pie plate, beat eggs. In another shallow dish or pie plate, place cracker crumbs. Dip each chicken tender into eggs, then coat with cracker crumbs; place in pan. Sprinkle with salt; drizzle with melted butter.

Bake 12 to 18 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center (165°F). Serve with honey mustard.
