Ingredients

16 crushed Ritz crackers

6 oz Cheddar, shredded

1 clove Garlic

4 6 oz Chicken Breasts

4 tbsp Butter, melted

Salt and Pepper

Rice and steamed veggie for side

Preparation

Heat oven to 350. In a bowl combine crackers, cheese, garlic and 1/4 tsp each of salt and pepper. Dip chicken in butter, then in cracker mixture and place on a foil lined baking sheet. Sprinkle any remaining cracker mixture on the chicken and drizzle with remaining butter. Bake until chicken is golden brown and cooked through, 25-30 minutes.
