Ingredients
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese finely shredded or grated
1 c. chopped, roasted pecans
3/4 c. mayo
1 clove garlic
1 tblsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
Strawberry preserves
Preparation
Combine ingredients. Press into a ring mold covered with cooking spray. Turn out onto plate and fill the middle with strawberry jam. Serve with Waverly Escort crackers.
