Ingredients
1 1/4 lb. Ground Beef (80% tastes best)
1 1/2 Cups Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 tsp. Onion powder
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Mustard powder
salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
Combine all ingredients, try not to over-mix as the burgers could get rubbery. Shape into the desired amount of patties. This makes about 3-5 depending on the size you want.
These burgers are best cooked on the grill but can be broiled or fried.
Serve on a toasted kaiser roll and garnish as desired. These burgers go well with a wide variety of condiments.
