Ingredients

1 pound sharp cheddar

1 tbsp flour

1 1/2 tsp dry mustard

Dash cayenne or hot sauce

1/4 cup beer

2 tsp worcestershire

Preparation

Combine cheddar, flour, mustard, and cayenne in bowl. Add beer and worcestershire to a 375 degree fondue pot. Add cheese mixture gradually. Reduce to 200 degrees to serve.
