Ingredients

4 cups bisquick baking mix

2 cups shredded mild cheddar

1½ cups buttermilk (you can use milk but buttermilk makes it fluffier)

1 stick butter

1½ tablespoon garlic

1 tablespoon parsley

Preparation

Mix the baking mix, cheddar, and buttermilk in a large bowl until doughy. Use spoon and place about a golf ball size amount onto ungreased baking sheet and bake at 450° for about 10-15 min. Once golden brown on bottom remove and coat with butter sauce. Butter Sauce: melt butter in pan and add garlic and parsley. Use brush to apply to biscuits.
