Ingredients
Lb Smoked deli chicken - sliced thin.
1 Tsp. Paprika
2 Tbsp Chicken Bullion
2 C Swiss Cheese
16 Oz. Cream Cheese - softened
1/2 Lb Thick sliced bacon - browned
2 C. Cherry tomatoes - halved
Preparation
Further dice the deli chicken and place in a mixer. Add the cream cheese, paprika and bullion. Mix in 1 1/2 cups swiss cheese - set the remainder aside for topping. Mix until smooth. Spread on a large platter to 1/2 inch thickness. Top with diced bacon, tomatoes and remaining swiss. Garnish generously with parsley around the edge.
