Ingredients

3/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. nutmeg

1/4 tsp. ginger

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Dash allspice & cloves

1 3/4 cups mashed cooked pumpkin

2 eggs, beaten

1 1/2 cups warm 2% evaporated milk

1 unbaked 9" pie shell

Preparation

Mix sugar, salt and spices. Add pumpkin and eggs and beat until smooth. Stir in warm evaporated milk. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 450F for 10 minutes, turn down oven to 350F and continue baking until filling is set (35 to 40 minutes). Cool before serving. Yummy……..
