Ingredients

10&1/2 oz. can Campbell Tomato Soup

1 soup can of water

1/3 cup olive oil (or less to taste)

4 tablespoons wine vinegar

small clove of garlic pressed

dash of Tabasco

1 cup thinly sliced cucumber

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup chopped green pepper (I use some yellow & red bell pepper just for color)

Pepperidge Farm seasoned croutons

Preparation

Whisk together soup, water, olive oil, vinegar, tabasco, and garlic. Cut up and add vegetables. Mix and chill overnight. When serving sprinkle in croutons. Enjoy!
