Ingredients
1 1/3 tablespoons of gelatin
1/3 cup of cold orange juice
1/3 cup hot lemon juice
2/3 pint of whipped cream (still need to make it)
1 cup of sugar
3 tablespoons of cold lemon juice
1 cup of cold orange juice
5 egg whites (beaten stiff)
Grand Marine or Coinage (optional)
Preparation
Dissolve gelatin in the 1/3 cup of cold orange juice
Add in the 1/3 cup of hot lemon juice
Add the sugar, the rest of the lemon juice, and the rest of the orange juice (add grand marine or coinage if desired)
Let cool in refrigerator until mixture starts to congeal (around 1/2 an hour to 45 minutes) - look for jiggle
Once the mixture starts to congeal, add the egg whites and fold in the whipped cream
Pour the mixture into the serving dish and put in refrigerator until ready to serve
