Ingredients
1/2 lb mushrooms, fresh
1 lb shrimp, med in size & fresh
1 lg jar stuffed green olives
1 lg bottle catsup
horseradish, to taste
2 lg lemons, juiced
Preparation
Cut mushrooms in half (or so they are a bit smaller than shrimp). Shell shrimp (devining is optional). Mix all ingredients and marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours. Put mixture on metal lath over charcoal until shrimp is heated but not crusty–about 3 to 5 minutes, depending on how hot your fire.
