Ingredients
1 pack Tesco Make a Meal with Char Sui Pork
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic
2 spring onions
½ red pepper
160g ready to wok noodles
1 ½ tbsp fish sauce
100g bean sprouts
15g chopped coriander
30g roasted peanuts
½ lime
Preparation
Heat the oil in a wok. Crush and chop garlic and spring onions then add to wok, frying for a minute
Slice the pork and peppers and add to the wok. Cook for one minute
Add the ready to wok noodles, stir frying for two to three minutes until sizzling hot
Add the bean spouts and fish sauce and cook through for a minute, then stir in the coriander
Place on a plate and sprinkle over the peanuts and a squeeze of lime
