Ingredients
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup Shaoxing (Chinese rice wine)
2 tbs soft brown sugar
2 tbs light soy sauce
2 tbs hoisin sauce
2 tbs garlic powder
1 tsp five-spice powder
A few drops of red food colouring
2 tbs red bean paste
1 tbs Chinese black vinegar
Preparation
Mix ingredients together and marinate chicken or pork. Grill until done.
