Ingredients

2 Breaded Chicken Burgers

4 Cups Salad Greens

1/2 Red Pepper, slivered

1 Cup Snow Peas, sliced

1 Cup Canned baby beets, diced

1 Cup Feta Cheese, crumbled

1/2 Can Mandarin Orange pieces

1 Avocado, cubed

1/2 Cup Chick Peas, rinsed

Creamy Poppyseed Dressing

Preparation

Cook chicken burgers according to package directions.

Put next 8 ingredients in a large salad bowl and toss to blend with desired amount of Creamy Poppyseed Dressing.

Once chicken is cooked, cut into bite-sized pieces and toss into salad.
