Ingredients

2 very ripe bananas

l/2 cup of butter

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 1/3 cup sweet rice flour (chapssalgaru 찹쌀가루)

1 tsp soda

l/2 tsp salt

l/2 cup walnut, crushed

Preparation

•Heat oven 325 F. •Get a loaf pan (or a regular pan) ready, oil or butter the sides. •Mince bananas well, then add melted butter and eggs, beating well. In a separate bowl, mix sugar, rice flour, soda, salt and walnuts. Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet, then spread into the loaf pan. •Bake for 40 - 45 mins at 325F. Turn the heat off and leave it in the oven for 5 minutes. Test it with a toothpick – if it comes out clean, it’s done.
