Ingredients
4 cups of ripe tomatoes skinfree
1 tablespoon of ground fresh garlic
2 tablespoon of ground fresh, middle-hot, chile peppers.
1/2 teespoon of ground cummin
2 tablespoon of olive oil
salt
chop cilantro or coriander to garnish
Preparation
put all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooh, season to taste wiht salt and garnish with cilantro. (in my born city,Talca most of the people use a shallow stone to mash all the ingredients)
