Ingredients

1/2 cup champagne or other sparkling wine

1 shallot, minced

1 container (11 ounces) More Than Gourmet White Wine Sauce

1 tablespoon unsalted butter

Salt and ground black pepper

Preparation

  1. In a small saucepan, stir together the champagne and the shallots. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook until the champagne is reduced by half.

  2. Add the More Than Gourmet White Wine Sauce and simmer gently for 3 minutes. Whisk in the butter and simmer until it melts into the sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
