Ingredients
1 rounded Tbsp chamomile tea
6 oz boiling water
2 Tbsp granulated sugar
6 Tbsp canola oil or other mild flavored oil
1 drop yellow mustard
1/4 tsp dried tarragon
pinch of salt
Preparation
Steap the tea in the boilling water for 5 minutes. Strain the tea into a bowl. Then add the tarragon, mustard and sugar whisk until sugar is disolved. Then slowly whisk in the oil until the emulsion is formed. season with salt and place into a airtight container to prevent odor transferance. Chill for at least one hour and serve with favorite salad.
