Ingredients
1/2 cup oil
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 large eggs
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup quinoa flour
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 Celsius
Mix oil and sugar by hand in a large bowl Add eggs and vanilla to oil/sugar mixture and stir Mix dry ingredients together in a separate bowl Stir dry ingredients into oil/sugar mixture Pour into greased and parchment paper lined 9"x9" pan Bake 18 minutes ( or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean)
