Ingredients

In a blender add:

2 round anchovies

1 large clove garlic, mashed

1 Tsp. Worchester sauce

1/4 Tsp. DRY mustard

salt

fresh ground pepper

1/2 cup olive oil

Preparation

Whiz together all BUT salad oil. Then, slowly drizzle olive oil into whizzing blender til mixture thickens.

Serve with hearts of Romaine lettuce, croutons, and fresh Parmesean cheese.
