Ingredients
1 cup Sugar
1 cup White Corn Syrup
1 cup Heavy Cream
3 cups Rice Krispies
3 cups Corn Flakes
1 cup dried Currants
1/2 cup shelled Sunflower Seeds
Preparation
Combine sugar, syrup & cream in a large sauce pan and heat to a boil over medium heat. Boil until soft ball registers on a candy thermometer. Remove from heat. Working fast, add remaining ingredients and stir until well incorporated. Press into a buttered 9x13 pan. Let cool before serving.
