Ingredients

2 cups chopped celery stalks (from 1/2 bunch), plus celery leaves for garnish 

1 tablespoon superfine sugar 

3 ounces fresh lime juice, plus thinly sliced lime rounds for garnish 

6 ounces chilled gin 

Preparation

In a pitcher, muddle celery with sugar. Add lime juice and gin. Fill with ice and stir until cold. Pour into glasses; serve with lime wheels and celery leaves.
