Ingredients
2 tablespoons white-wine vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 celery stalks, thinly sliced
2 heads Belgian endive, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
1/4 medium red onion, thinly sliced
Coarse salt and ground pepper
Preparation
In a medium bowl, whisk together vinegar and oil. Add celery, endive, and onion; season with salt and pepper, and toss.
