Ingredients
3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
3 Tbsp. maple syrup
1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
4 Salmon fillets
1 soaked cedar plank
Preparation
Soak cedar plank for at least one hour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees or grill to 350 to 400 degrees.
Combine the first four ingredients in a zip lock bag and add salmon. Marinate for twenty to thirty minutes.
Place soaked board in middle of oven for 15 minutes or on hot grill for 3 minutes on each side. Spray the board with cooking spray then place salmon on board. Bake 35 minutes in oven or until medium rare on grill. Serve the salmon on the board for a nice presentation and to keep salmon warm.
