Ingredients

1/4 cup yogurt

1/2 cup ice

1 1/4 cup banana (or 1 banana)

1 cup strawberries

1 1/2 cup blueberries

3/4 cup skim milk

Preparation

  1. Put the wet ingredients in the blender first, then the fruit.

  2. Mix the ingredients together with a blender.

  3. Blend for a few seconds.

  4. Taste the smoothie, and add ingredients to make it better.

  5. Pour some into glasses, and enjoy.
