Ingredients
Step #1
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice (real lemons)
1/4 tsp worcestershire
1 clove garlic
Step#2
3/4 cup Parmesan
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp pepper (fresh cracked)
Step#3
1 egg
2-4 anchovies
Preparation
Mix step#3 together @ bottom of salad bowl. Mix romaine together w egg anchovy mix. Add dressing (step 1). Then sprinkle Parmesan mix (step 2).
Note: dressing makes for 3 heads of romaine. Mix dressing to lettuce ratio as needed. Never mix dressing w Parmesan until dressing is on romaine.
