Ingredients
1 C olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 T Basalmic vinegar
Dijon mustard to taste
1 T Anchovy paste
1 T lemon juice
pepper, lots
parmesan cheese, grated
Romain Lettuce, washed and chilled
Preparation
Break lettuce in salad bowl. Combine remaining ingred except Parmesan for dressing. Toss dressing with lettuce and add Parmeson. Serve with croutons
