Ingredients
1 egg yolk
2t. Dijon mustard
2t. garlic, minced
2t. anchovies, minced or anchovy paste
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1oz red wine vinegar
5 oz salad oil
5 oz olive oil
1/2t Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco sauce to taste
Salt & pepper
Preparation
Whisk together yolk, dijon, garlic, anchovy paste.
Mix juice, vinegar. Whisk in half of oil, then vinegar mixture, then rest of oil.
Whisk in Worcestershire, Tabasco and s&p.
