Ingredients
1 loaf French Baguette
3 oz. Black Caviar (any variety)
1/2 c. Sour Cream
1/2 c. Mayonnaise
2-3 cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 c. Red Onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. Capers, finely chopped
1 lemon
Dill sprigs for garnish
Preparation
Slice bread into 1/4 inch slices and toast lightly in oven at 200 for 10 minutes. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and garlic. Top each toast with a small dollop of the sour cream mixture topped by a small dollop of caviar. Sprinkle with onion and capers. Finish with a sprig of dill and a few drops of lemon juice.
