1 box chicken broth

3 cups cauliflower flowerettes

1 medium large potatoes

1 medium onion

Preparation

1.Salt, pepper, curry powder to taste. 2.Add about 10 oz. evaporated milk. 3.Cook cauliflower flowerettes, potatoes and onion in the broth. 4.Put through blender or processor. 5.Add salt, pepper or curry powder. 6.Add about 10 oz. evaporated milk.
