Ingredients

1 head cauliflower

2 tsp olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/8 tsp pepper

3 tbl red wine vinegar

2 tbl water

Preparation

  1. Trim the cauliflower & separate it into small flowerettes.
  2. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat for 30 seconds, add the olive oil, & heat for another 20-30 seconds.
  3. Reduce the heat to medium & saute the garlic in the heated oil, stirring constantly, until it just starts to brown.
  4. Add the cauliflower & stir for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the pepper, vinegar & water.
  6. Cover & cook over low heat about 10 minutes.
