Ingredients
3 lbs (bags) frozen cauliflower florets
1 cup Vegenaise (or Mayonaise)
1/4 cup Smart Balance
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 handful fresh parsley
Preparation
Thaw cauliflower slowly on medium-low heat on stove top with some water and a little bit of vegetable oil. Do not brown it. When barely hot throughout, combine all ingredients in a food processor on high speed for 10 minutes. Add more salt or pepper to taste.
