Ingredients
1 head cauliflower, separated into florets
2 leeks, white parts, cut in half and sliced thin
1/2 red onion, cut into chunks
1/2 c. white wine
bread crumbs or panko
4 Tbs. butter
Preparation
Saute vegetables in olive oil until just becoming soft. Add wine. Place in buttered casserole dish and top with bread crumbs. Dot top with butter. Bake 30 min at 350. If top is still not brown, run under the broiler to brown.
