Ingredients
1 lg. head of cauliflower
3 T. butter or butter substitute
2 shallots, minced
3 med. cloves garlic, minced
2 T. hot sauce
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut cauliflower into bite-sized flowerettes and cook in boiling water for 5 min. Drain and set aside. Saute shallots and garlic in butter, on med. low heat, until soft and translucent. Blend in hot sauce. Toss cauliflower to thoroughly coat with butter mix. Place single layer of mixture in oven going pan, sprinkle with crumbs and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20-25 min.
