Ingredients
1 head cauiliflower, broken into small pieces
3 potatoes, chopped
4 dried chinese chilies
½ cup diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon chopper garlic
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon turmeric
½ tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon curry power
½ bunch cilantro sprigs
Preparation
Using a wok, heat the oil and chinese chilies. Cook until they turn dark brown.
Add potatoes and sauté until they brown over medium heat.
When the potatoes are half done add the cauliflower. Add the tomatoes and all of the spices.
Cook until the cauliflower is cooked through
