Ingredients

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 medium cauliflower cut into florets

1/2 cup ranch salad dressing

1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/3 cup bread crumbs

Preparation

Mix soup and ranch dressing together in a medium bowl and blend together with a whisk. Place the cauliflower in a greased 8x11 inch casserole. Pour the soup mixture over evenly. Then sprinkle the cheese and breadcrumbs over the top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degree for 20-30 minutes. Then take off the foil and brown for 10 minutes. Serves 8-10 people.
