Ingredients

1/4 cup margarine or butter

1/2 cup onion, diced

1 large stalk celery, chopped

1/4 cup flour

2 cups water

1 cube fish boullion

2-3 cups potatoes diced and blanched

1 carrot, thinly sliced and blanched

1 can baby clams, drained and rinsed

2 cups milk

Preparation

1)Melt margarine and sautee the onion and celery. 2)Add flour and bring to boil 3) slowly stir in the water and fish boullion 4) Add potatoes and carrots 5) stir in baby clams 6) simmer for approx. 5 minutes and then stir in milk 7) return to simmer and serve w/in thirty minutes
