Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef (or cubed beef)
1 package French onion soup mix (can substitute grilled onions or softened minced onions with a package or 2 T of brown gravy mix)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup sour cream
ground pepper to taste
soy sauce to taste (2 T or so)
Preparation
- Brown beef and drain fat if necessary. Add soup mix or substitue.
- Lower heat and add cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Add soy sauce to taste (2 T or so).
- Serve over pasta of choice (egg noodles go really well here).
