Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef (or cubed beef)

1 package French onion soup mix (can substitute grilled onions or softened minced onions with a package or 2 T of brown gravy mix)

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/4 cup sour cream

ground pepper to taste

soy sauce to taste (2 T or so)

Preparation

  1. Brown beef and drain fat if necessary. Add soup mix or substitue.
  2. Lower heat and add cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Add soy sauce to taste (2 T or so).
  3. Serve over pasta of choice (egg noodles go really well here).
