Ingredients
1-2 lbs. hamburger
1 pkg. (7 1/2 oz.) mac and cheese
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
1 15 oz. can kidney beans, drained
1 12 oz. bottle (catalina) dressing
2-3 c. grated cheese
1 pkg. tortilla chips
1 pkg. taco seasoning (optional)
Preparation
Brown and drain hamburger. Add taco seasoning if desired. Prepare mac and cheese as directed on package with butter and milk. Add to hamburger along with beans and catalina. Heat thoroughly. Add cheese and chips to top and serve.
