Ingredients
1 Roast (Beef - never tried pork)
Potatoes, Celery, Carrots, and Pearl Onions
Garlic Salt
Either Soy Sauce or Worcestershire Sauce (not both, whatever you prefer)
Water
Preparation
Trim fat from Roast and place in crockpot. Add vegetables around and on top of roast. Add Garlic Salt and Pepper to taste. Pour a thin covering of Soy or Worcestershire Sauce over roast and vegetables. Add water until it is about 1/4 inch from top of Roast. I use a programmable crock pot, prep this in the morning before work, and cook on low for 10 hours.
