Ingredients

1 tube (16 oz.) ground pork sausage

2 cans (16 oz. each) kidney beans, drained

2 cans (16 oz. each) white beans, drained

2 cans (16 oz. each) diced carrots, drained

2 cans (16 oz. each) whole or stewed

tomatoes

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes

Preparation

Cook sausage over medium heat, stirring as it browns. Pour off drippings.

Add remaining ingredients and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes, until flavors blend.
