Ingredients

Ice

2 shots Creme de Cassis liquer

2 shots Light or Heavy Cream, or Half and Half

Sparkling Water

Whipped Cream

Preparation

Fill a tall glass with ice. Combine two shots of Creme de Cassis and two shots of cream (these will separate). Fill to top with sparkling water. If desired, stir for equal mixture of ingredients. Top off with whipped cream. Enjoy!
