Ingredients

1 1/2 lb egg noodles (cooked and drained)

1 cup cottage cheese

1 cup sour cream

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1/3 cup chives (chopped)

1 Tablespoon butter

Preparation

Combine ingredients. Pour into 2 quart buttered casserole dish. Dot with butter. In a 350 degree oven, bake 30-40 minutes or until noodles begin to brown.
